An Established Trust
Transform Trust is a charitable company limited by guarantee, and as such we are required to comply with ‘The Companies Act 2006’ (www.companieshouse.gov.uk). Our Trustees are listed here and are contained in the Annual Report which forms part of the Annual Accounts. All documents relating to our Trust are available to view here.
Our Trust Governance Structure
We are one legal entity with one set of Articles governing all our Academies. We have a Master Funding Agreement with the Secretary of State, plus supplemental funding agreement with each of our schools.
Between the Trust and each school there is a Scheme of Delegation which outlines the level of delegated authority awarded to each school.
